    RULES FOR PUPILS

    • Pupil must be in the school premises about 10 minutes before each school session.
    • All pupils are responsible to the School Authorities for their behaviour even outside the school the premises.
    • Irregular attendance habitual want of application obscenity in words or acts, insubordination of teachers any kind of cheating or serious misconduct even outside the school premises or any habit or objectionable to the good tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the pupil.
    • Pupils are responsible for safe custody of their books and belongings.
    • Any damage done in class or around the school premises will be made good by those responsible for it. The decision of the principal regarding the amount will be final.
    • As the school gives a vacation of six weeks summer, three weeks in Diwali, one week for Ganesh Chaturthy / Christmas no other leave will be granted in course of the year in case of illness, when a medical certificate will have to be produced.
    • If pupils, for unexplained reason have been absent from school for more than a month their names are struck off from the roll.
    • Pupils who are late or absent must bring a application of justification in the absence record in calendars.
    • No pupil will be excused from physical training without a doctor’s certificate.
    • No books or periodicals are to be brought to school without an approval of the principal.
    • Every pupil must possess a copy of the school calendar which must be brought to school every day.
    • Pupils are not allowed to give present to teacher either at school or outside and arrange any function in the school or outside in honour of a teacher without the and approval of the principal
    • Pupils who are found attempting to copy by bringing manuscript, printed matter etc. Even once at examination or unit test will be expelled from the school. Even subsequent to any examination unit a pupil if found to serve suing unfair means will be expelled from the school.
    • For break of any school rules or discipline, a pupil may be punished or fined at the discretion of the principal.

    ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

    • New Pupils must be introduced personally by their parents or guardians who will be responsible to the principal for their regularity of attendance and payment of fees.
    • Pupils coming from a recognized school are required to produce a leaving certificate from the last school they have attended.
    • When admitted they will have to pay an admission fees, term fees and tuition fee for the current month.
    • An application for the school leaving certificate should be made by Parents of Guardian in the prescribed from printed else where in the calendar one week in advance and such certificate will be given only during office hours.
    • A pupil who fails to take his Leaving certificate within a year of his leaving the school be charged Rs. 500 for every subsequent years, subject to a maximum of Rs. 500 An amount of Rs. 500, will be charged for a duplicate copy of the leaving certificate on the date of birth or any other extract general register.
    • Pupils joining or leaving the school during the terms will have to pay fees for the full year.
    • If no notice of withdrawal before the end of the term is given full fees for the second terms will be charged.
    • Date of birth of the child given by the guardian at the time of admission should be supported by birth certificate issued by a competent authorities and it should be specially noted that no change of date thereafter will be made in the school register.
    • For student who migrate from the other school, the date of birth shown in the leaving certificate will only be accepted.
    • The parents/guardian must understand that they can not dictate the school authorities have right to say on what condition they will admit or retain pupils in their school. (See rule 56 Secondary School Code)
    • A new pupil seeking admission from any unrecognised school has to produce an affidavit by the parent or guardian made before a magistrate stating-

      1. Reason why pupil did not join a recognised school.
      2. Full particulars of such unrecognised school.
      3. Examination passed if any. Also the leaving certificate from the unrecognized school showing the official birth date or separate birth certificate will have to be produce.

    FEES REGULATION

    • Fees are to be paid strictly in advance on the 15th of each month, failing with a fine of paise/day will be charged.
    • Parents unable to pay the fees by 15th of the month due to unforeseen circumstance should meet the principal with the application on the date on which they will be able to pay specified in the school calendars and pay accordingly failing which their children will not be allowed to attend the class.
    • The delay in payment beyond two months, refers students name liable to be struck from the roll.
    • The fee for the month of may must be paid before.
